Bed & Breakfast Guest Rooms
Like Glatfelder Hall on the Gettysburg College campus, our restored American Queen Anne home was designed by the John A. Dempwolf architectural firm of York, Pennsylvania. Built for Mr. and Mrs. Alexander W. Himes of New Oxford in 1888 with all the finest craftsmanship and innovation of the day, the residence was redesigned in the Art Deco style by Mrs. Himes in the late 1920s. Exclusive stays available with 2-night minimum.
Your sophisticated, quiet accommodations include artisan breakfast, private en-suite bath, luxury linens, in-room wine fridge, complimentary WiFi, ample charging stations, reserved off-street parking, and spacious meditation gardens. Please note, we intentionally do not have in-room televisions. Much care and consideration has been given to create a peaceful environment for all guests. We encourage you to un-plug, rest, and enjoy the authentic historical spirit of this amazing home.
If there are no rooms available for your dates of stay, you can add your name to our waiting list and we will contact you if a room becomes available. Waiting List
