Terms and Conditions

Reservations
  • Check-in time is Wednesday through Saturday 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. No check-ins Sunday through Tuesday. Late arrivals may be prearranged 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please make every effort to arrive on-time, late arrivals that have not been prearranged will result in a late fee of $50 per hour. We do not accept any arrivals after 9:00pm.
  • Check-out time any day of the week is 11:00am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $50. Guest suites not vacated by 12:00pm will result in an extra night's charge.
  • Nightly rate includes one reserved off-street parking space per guest suite and our chef's choice 3-5 course artisan breakfast. Currently we cannot accommodate special dietary requests, however we are common allergy-friendly.
  • A deposit of 50% of your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is booked. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Your balance will be charged to your credit card on file two days before your arrival. Taxes are subject to change. No cash or checks accepted.
  • All rates based on double occupancy. Maximum occupancy in all rooms is 2, no exceptions.
  • Absolutely no walk-ins. Advance reservations required with two-night minimum stay.
Refunds
  • As a small bed & breakfast, we are significantly affected by cancellations, therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
  • Your consideration of our policies is appreciated, we recommend securing trip insurance.
  • Deposit will be refunded minus a $50 per suite processing fee if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of reservation will result in a forfeit of your full deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of stay, no-shows or guests checking out before the last day of their reservation will result in full room charge.
Restrictions
  • We do not allow smoking of any kind on the entire property, this includes vaping devices, cigars, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, hookahs, pipes, and weed. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone in violation. Further, the use of open flames is prohibited. Any guest found to be using personal candles, incense, lighters, matches, or any other flame producing product or device will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
  • No children, no toddlers, no babies, no infants, no exceptions. Much care and consideration has been taken to create a restful and quiet environment for all guests.
  • In the spirit of well-being, guest suites intentionally do not have televisions. Please plan accordingly to have earbuds or headphones for your personal electronic devices.
  • We are allergy-friendly, no pets allowed on premises.
  • This is our home and we reserved the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles, or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
  • We are a historic property and are not handicap accessible. All guest rooms require multiple stair sets for access.
Privacy
  • Information Collection - We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
  • Security - Safeguarding your data is important. Your personal and payment information is always secure. We take every precaution to safeguard your identifiable information online and offline. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software protocol is the industry standard. All of your information is encrypted.
