Himes House Bed & Breakfast features a seasonal multi-course morning meal. Your innkeeper is chef-trained with certifications through Cornell University's Hotel School, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies, and the National Restaurant Association ServSafe program. Common allergy and vegetarian friendly, we center our cooking style on fresh, minimally processed, seasonal ingredients. Our house-grown herbs include rosemary, lavender, basil, and mint.
