Himes House Artisan Breakfast

Himes House Bed & Breakfast features an artisanal nut-free breakfast with individual table choice. We begin with our signature gluten-free rose course, including tea rose-infused olive oil cake paired with brewed rose petals served hot. For planning, the entree course is out of the oven at about 8:15am. Your innkeeper is chef-trained with certifications through Cornell University's Hotel School, the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies, and the National Restaurant Association ServSafe program. We center our cooking style on fresh, minimally processed, seasonal ingredients. Please note, we cannot accommodate special dietary requests at this time, however, we are common allergy and vegetarian friendly. Our house-grown herbs include rosemary, lavender, basil, and mint.
